United States President Donald Trump gifted his executive assistant Natalie Harp with $45,000 (R$ 229,000) in cash, according to information from the American press. Harp, known as the "human printer" for her habit of printing information for the president wherever he may be, accompanies Trump at virtually all events during his second term.
Two other White House employees, Margo Martin and Chamberlain Harris, received similar amounts, according to the Washington Post newspaper. The three women described the payments as "year-end cash gifts," as cited by the newspaper, which based the information on asset disclosure forms.
In addition to printing information, Natalie Harp is also responsible for drafting social media messages on Trump's behalf. She receives an annual salary of $150,000 (R$ 763,000) as a special adviser and executive assistant to the president, according to an annual report presented to Congress.
