Diogo Cancela, athlete from Miranda do Corvo, guaranteed this Wednesday, September 9, a place in the final of the 100 meters butterfly S8 of the European Adapted Swimming Championships.
The Portuguese swimmer achieved qualification by reaching one of the necessary times to advance to the race decision.
Miranda do Corvo will thus be represented in this European final, which brings together the best athletes of the modality in the continental competition.
