The Câmara de Anadia opened a public tender for the urban requalification of Bairro Mira Crasto, located in the place of Alféloas, in the União das Freguesias de Arcos e Mogofores. The works have a base price of 383,188 euros, excluding VAT, and an estimated execution period of 10 months.

The works include, among other improvements, the lifting and repositioning of existing water and gas supply network covers, as well as the repaving of roads.

In 2024, the council had already carried out in the same area the renewal of the water supply network, covering an approximate length of 1,250 metres, with an investment of around 112,700 euros.
