Benfica: SAD Reports Positive Result of 19.1 Million Euros

Benfica announced that its SAD (Sociedade Anónima Desportiva, or Sports Public Limited Company) posted a positive result of 19.1 million euros. This profit refers to the fiscal year related to the 2025/26 sporting season.

The red-and-white club communicated this information to CMVM (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários), the Portuguese securities regulator, through an official statement.

This positive result contrasts with the more difficult financial results the club had faced in previous seasons, representing a significant financial recovery for the red-and-white structure.

Communication to the regulatory authority is mandatory for publicly traded companies, as is the case with Benfica's SAD, ensuring transparency for investors and the public regarding the club's financial situation.
