Quaest in MG, 1st round: Cleitinho, 32%; Patrus, 11%; Kalil, 11%; Simões, 8%

The new Quaest survey on voting intentions for the government of Minas Gerais, released on Tuesday (08), shows a scenario of stability in the electoral race. The poll indicates Cleitinho Azevedo, from Republicanos, in the lead with 32% of the votes, having risen 3 percentage points compared to the previous survey, released at the end of August, a variation that is within the margin of error.

Following, candidates Alexandre Kalil, from PDT, and Patrus Ananias, from PT, appear tied in second place with 11% each. Kalil grew one point compared to the previous survey, while Patrus maintained the same rate. Governor Mateus Simões, from PSD, occupies third position with 8%, having also grown one point.

Candidates Flavío Roscoe, from PL, and Gabriel Azevedo, from MDB, appear tied with 3% of voting intentions, while Ben Mendes, from Missão, scored 2%. All these candidates fluctuated within the margin of error or maintained the same rates from the last survey, according to Quaest.
