Vila-real claims the most festive open-air dinner with 1,600 neighbors at plaça de la Maiorasga

The city of Vila-real celebrated again the Macrosopar de Veïns i Veïnes (Macro Dinner of Neighbors), an event that brought together 1,600 people at plaça de la Maiorasga on a Tuesday night. Outdoor dining is a Mediterranean summer tradition, where residents take tables and chairs onto the street to share meals and conversation during the cool of the night.
