The visit to Viseu marks the reunion between the two clubs, which have not faced each other since December 1991. At that time, they met in the fourth round of the Portuguese Cup, with Vitória SC winning 2-0, with both goals in the match scored by Matias. More than three decades later, the two clubs meet again, this time in the national championship.
