Government of the Azores launches tender for construction of 24 houses in São Miguel

The Government of the Azores, through the Regional Secretariat for Youth, Housing and Employment, has launched a public tender for the construction of 24 houses. The project is located in Fenais da Luz, in the municipality of Ponta Delgada, on the island of São Miguel.

The base value of the public tender is 5.1 million euros. This initiative comes within the framework of the housing policies of the Regional Executive of the Azores.

The houses are intended to meet the housing needs in the region, contributing to access to homeownership for Azoreans. The tender is now open for submission of proposals by companies interested in the construction work.
