Stefan Doboczky to assume executive presidency of Hovione on April 1, 2027

Stefan Doboczky will leave the chairmanship of Hovione's Board of Directors to assume the role of chief executive officer (CEO) of the company, effective April 1, 2027.

Doboczky has been chairman of the Board of Directors of Hovione Holding AG since 2024, having played a fundamental role in defining the company's strategy and vision during this period.

When he assumes the CEO role, Doboczky will automatically leave the leadership of the Board of Directors, transitioning to an operational position within the company.

Hovione officially announced this transition of roles, which represents a significant change in the group's leadership structure starting from spring 2027.
