Rede Expressos rejected the accusations that have been made and stated that the responsibility for Flixbus not using the Sete Ríos bus terminal cannot be attributed to it. The company argued that the blame lies with Flixbus itself.

Rede Nacional de Expressos added that the date of September 24 is now planned for Flixbus to have access to the Sete Ríos bus terminal in Lisbon.

The dispute between the two road transport companies arises in a context of competition for access to bus terminal infrastructures, with Rede Expressos clarifying that it is not responsible for the current situation.
