SATA confirmed eight interested parties in the privatization of Azores Airlines. This number had already been mentioned by the company's CEO in May, during a previous conversation.

The non-binding proposals from interested parties are to be submitted by September 21, according to the ongoing privatization process. Azores Airlines is the regional airline of the Azores, controlled by the SATA group.

Vehicle sales up 18.4% for the year, but exports fall 22.9%
