The city of Câmara de Lobos, in Madeira, has become the setting for a European film project dedicated to combating racism. The Metaphora Theater hosted 20 young people from four European countries who are working on producing a film about themes such as prejudice, discrimination, and exclusion.
The project brings together participants from different European nationalities who aim to reflect, through cinematic language, on issues of racism and social inclusion. The choice of Madeira as the filming location adds an element of cultural diversity to the work being developed.
The Metaphora Theater serves as the creative hub for this initiative, providing the young people with a space to develop their artistic vision and collaborative work on the anti-racism film project.
