Seal spotted near Lido

A seal was spotted on Tuesday afternoon in the sea near the Lido Beach Complex in Funchal. The presence of this wild animal in the vicinity of this urban beach attracted the curiosity of the many bathers who were there.

The moment was captured on video by DIÁRIO reader Duarte Gonçalves, who recorded images of the animal in the coastal waters of the Lido area.
