End to trade with Israeli colonies in the occupied Palestinian territories. Portugal among the 12 signatory countries

France announced this decision on Tuesday. The communiqué from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicates that Portugal also joined this measure, with a total of 12 countries taking this position.

The measure prohibits trade with Israeli colonies established in the occupied Palestinian territories. This decision represents a coordinated position between several European countries and other states regarding the settlement question.

Portugal is among the 12 signatory countries of this initiative. The French Government was the first to officially announce the measure, communicating it through an official communiqué from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Artur Galinha, former businessman and parachutist from Almeirim, has died

Artur Correia da Silva, known as Artur Galinha, has died in Almeirim at the age of 89.
