15-year-old students from Spain, France, and Germany are at their lowest level ever in reading, mathematics, and science, according to the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), whose report was released today. The study, coordinated by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), measures students' performance in these three areas and reveals a global decline in these skills. This trend is partially explained by the impact of digitalization and by students' study habits.
