The Wado Joaquim Salgueiro Karate School started the new sports season successfully by winning two podiums at the 14th edition of the Open Turin Cup International Karate, held in Leinì, Turin, Italy. The Albicastrense athletes Guilherme Salgueiro and José Pinto were responsible for this achievement, standing out in their respective Kumite Cadet categories.
The tournament, which brought together competitors of high international level, represented a considerable challenge for the athletes of the Wado Joaquim Salgueiro School. Despite this, both Guilherme Salgueiro and José Pinto managed to demonstrate the quality of their training and preparation, securing podium places.
