Senior Adventure Games mobilize 400 participants in Funchal

Around 400 participants will be involved in the 12th edition of the Senior Adventure Games, which takes place in Funchal between September 16 and 18. The initiative was presented by the president of the Funchal Municipal Chamber, Jorge Carvalho, this Tuesday, at the Town Hall. The Senior Adventure Games aim to provide sporting and leisure activities to participants of older age. Over three days, participants will be challenged with various activities, including land navigation, slide, kayak, adventure bridge, guided rappelling, and recreational and traditional games. The initiative returns to Funchal for another edition, continuing to promote active aging and fellowship among participants.
