Milan will attempt to sign Endrick on loan in January, newspaper reports

oglobo8 September 2026 at 13:57

Milan intends to resume negotiations with Real Madrid for the signing of Endrick during the January transfer window. According to the Italian website Calciomercato, the Italian club plans to make a loan offer with an obligation to buy the 20-year-old Brazilian, who is still seeking his place in the Spanish team.

Milan's interest is not new. The Italian club had already worked for about two weeks trying to sign the forward, but encountered resistance from José Mourinho, who reportedly did not approve the Brazilian's departure on loan.

The idea at Milan is to resume talks at the beginning of next year. To do so, the club plans to closely monitor how Endrick is used by Real Madrid during the first months of the season. The young player was included in the squad for the first time this season for Tuesday's Champions League match.

The Brazilian has yet to take the field this season due to a muscle injury. Milan's expectation is that the transfer will be completed in early 2025, should the player continue to lack significant opportunities at Real Madrid.
