Santa Maria da Feira City Council approves Municipal Master Plan revision unanimously

The Santa Maria da Feira City Council unanimously approved the final proposal for the second revision of the Municipal Master Plan. The vote took place during a municipal executive meeting.

The Municipal Master Plan is the territorial management instrument that defines the guidelines for the municipality's development, including rules for territorial planning and land use.

The revision was approved by all present members of the municipal council, demonstrating political agreement around the document.

This document will now proceed to approval by the Municipal Assembly, which is the deliberative body of the municipality.
