The commentator Miguel Pinheiro, from CNN Portugal, states that the great problem of the Government is not being able to present a credible political discourse. According to his analysis, the issue goes beyond the wear of some ministers, which constitutes only part of the problem.
Pinheiro considers that the replacement of ministers is not sufficient to resolve the Executive's credibility crisis. The mere change of names in the Executive does not solve the underlying problem.
The commentator argues that the Government cannot convince voters that it is effectively implementing changes. This inability to communicate and demonstrate results constitutes, in Miguel Pinheiro's view, the true challenge of the Executive.
