A 30-year-old soldier from the French Foreign Legion was taken hostage by guerrillas in Colombia. The man was captured while traveling on a road in the Nariño region, in the southwest of the country.
The soldier managed to escape from his captors. The news about the kidnapping and subsequent escape was reported recently.
