On September 13, the 133rd Annual Pilgrimage to the Sanctuary of Penha takes place, an event that implies traffic restrictions in the region. The pilgrimage will start at 08:00 at Largo da Oliveira, then heading towards the Sanctuary of Penha, following the route defined for the occasion.
Between 07:00 and 19:00, vehicle traffic will be prohibited on EN101-2. In the uphill direction, the prohibition applies between Praceta Lions International, in Costa, and Penha. In the downhill direction, the restriction is in force between Penha and Rua de Belos Ares, in Mesão Frio.
