The Quaest survey, commissioned by newspaper O GLOBO and Globo and released this Monday, places President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) in the lead of the first-round simulation with 36% of voting intentions. The survey was conducted between February 4th and 7th, a period that coincides with the reverberation of new revelations in the case involving Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court.
Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) appears in second place with 29% of voting intentions. The scenario excludes Pablo Marçal (PRTB), whose candidacy registration is questioned at the Electoral Court after being sentenced to ineligibility for eight years due to the misuse of communication media during the 2024 campaign.
Augusto Cury (Avante) ranks in third place with 8% of voting intentions. Meanwhile, Renan Santos (Missão) and Ronaldo Caiado (PSD) are tied at 3%, while Romeu Zema (Novo) appears with 2%. The percentage of voters who declare a blank vote, null vote or who will not vote is 8%, and the undecided represent 10% of the total.
