The electricity bill recorded negative prices for the first time in history during this weekend. It turns out that eight million domestic consumers will receive money for turning on the lights. These are the users on the regulated tariff, known as the Voluntary Price for the Small Consumer, who will see the price of electricity on their bills fall below zero euros for four hours on Saturday and five on Sunday.
