Germany holds scooter operators responsible for accidents. And in Portugal?

Germany announced a legal turnaround by holding shared electric scooter operators responsible for accidents involving their vehicles. This decision marks a significant shift in the approach to regulating this type of urban mobility in the country.

In Rome, fines for electric scooter-related infractions have been increased, further intensifying pressure on European cities to more tightly regulate these shared vehicles.

Lisbon now faces growing demands to act in this domain. The Automobile Club of Portugal (ACP) is demanding a referendum aimed at stopping shared scooter fleets in the Portuguese capital.

Women take center stage in the future of agriculture in Montemor-o-Novo
