Silva Pires' Opinion: Corsa GSE, the Fastest Opel

The new Opel Corsa GSE was presented to the world at Caramulo MotorFestival, before its official display at the Paris Motor Show. This is an electric vehicle that represents one of the main novelties of the German brand for this year.

With a power output of 281 hp (207 kW), the Corsa GSE is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.5 seconds, making it the fastest Opel ever. This electric performance positions the model as a sporty option within the Corsa range.

The vehicle arrives in Portugal in the last quarter of the year, with a base price of 39,900 euros. Interested buyers can already place orders at the brand's dealerships.

The couple continues to feed a colony near Estoi and promotes a fundraiser for food, vaccines, and winter shelters, as well as a children's book whose rights revert to the same cause.

Lampsy Health wins KPMG technological innovation competition in Portugal

The Portuguese startup Lampsy Health won the sixth edition of the Global Tech Innovator in Portugal, a competition organized by KPMG, with an artificial intelligence platform that uses a camera embedded in a lamp to monitor people with epilepsy and alert parents or caregivers in case of episodes. The company, founded by Vicente Garção, Leonor Pereira and Joana Pinto as a spin-off from the Instituto de Telecomunicações and Instituto Superior Técnico, will represent Portugal in the international final of the competition during the Web Summit in Lisbon, where it will compete with winners from over 20 countries. The victory grants Lampsy Health 12 months of support from KPMG Portugal in Advisory and tax consulting areas.
