Andreia Teixeira is the new executive administrator of ActivoBank, taking responsibility for marketing, communication, transformation and innovation, experience design, and digital sales. The executive arrives at the board after already leading the digital bank's marketing since 2019. The announcement was made by herself on LinkedIn, where she framed the promotion within her 19 years of career at the Millennium bcp Group.

In her post, Andreia Teixeira wrote that she assumes the new role "with great pride and a sense of responsibility," highlighting that "simplicity, irreverence, and closeness to customers" are values that have guided her career and define the bank's intention to "continue doing things differently."

In a recent interview with +M, Andreia Teixeira explained that her major challenge when she took over marketing leadership was preparing the bank for truly digital operations. This involved structuring the team so that marketing would not be just about communication but above all focused on customer experience, while all areas would function as an ecosystem.

The career path of the new administrator began at FEP Junior Consulting. Her entry into the Millennium bcp Group occurred in 2007, where she held roles in areas such as business analysis, commercial coordination, and quality management.
