CRS Advogados advises on the acquisition of Goldnutrition in Portugal

CRS Advogados advised Reimar, a shareholder of Equanto, on the acquisition of Eco-Nutracêuticos, the company owning the Goldnutrition brand, specialized in food supplementation and sports nutrition.

The team responsible for the operation was led by partners Filipe Pereira Duarte and Raquel Galinha Roque, also counting on the collaboration of senior associate Rui de Figueiredo Marcos and associate Joana Brito Silveira.

The legal advisory covered several practice areas, namely corporate, labor, and tax law, in all matters of Portuguese law related to the transaction.

The operation also included the entry of the ActiveCap fund into Equanto's capital, with CRS Advogados acting as exclusive legal advisor to Reimar throughout the process.
