The National Center of Competences for Maize and Sorghum Crops – InovMilho held on September 2 another edition of its Field Day at the António Teixeira Experimental Station, in Coruche. The event gathered around 240 farmers, technicians, researchers and institutional representatives, establishing itself as one of the most relevant forums for the sector. This year's edition reinforced the centrality of innovation, soil and technology in the competitiveness of maize cultivation, themes that were discussed throughout various presentations and practical activities. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the most recent research results and technological solutions applied to maize and sorghum cultivation.
