The Municipal Council of Castelo de Vide will promote Mobility Week between September 16 and 22, with various activities dedicated to sustainable mobility.
During this period, Carreira de Cima street will be closed to traffic for 24 hours, as part of the initiatives programmed to encourage citizens to adopt more ecological forms of transport.
The planned activities include walks, the creation of a mural and a walk to school, seeking to involve the school community and local population in mobility issues.
Castelo de Vide thus joins other municipalities in celebrating Mobility Week, an initiative that aims to raise awareness about the importance of reducing car dependency and promoting more sustainable transport alternatives.
