Tivoli launches second edition of training academy in November

The Tivoli hotel chain will launch the second edition of its training academy in November. This academy was created with the objective of training professionals to work in the hotel and restaurant industry.

The first edition of this academy trained a total of 31 professionals in the areas of kitchen, pastry, restaurant and bar. These participants had access to specialized training aimed at preparing them for the job market in the hotel sector.

As a direct result of this first edition, 15 participants were hired by the Tivoli chain. This data demonstrates the success of the training program in the professional integration of the trainees.
