Soup Festival draws crowds to Santa Ovaia and promises to grow in 2027

The Soup Festival at Santa Ovaia has once again asserted itself as one of the reference gastronomic events in the municipality, recording strong public attendance on Saturday, September 5th. The initiative, promoted by the Parish Union of Santa Ovaia and Vila Pouca da Beira, brought together 24 varieties of soup for participants to try. The event once again demonstrated the ability to mobilize the local community and visitors around traditional gastronomy. For 2027, the organizers promised that the festival will grow, signaling ambitions for expansion in future editions.
