Social Security services in Samora Correia should resume in-person service during the month of October. The reopening was initially planned for an earlier period but suffered a delay of about a month.
According to information gathered by NS, the reopening of the services will be dependent on the return of all employees after the summer vacation period. This condition is necessary to guarantee the proper functioning of in-person service.
With the return of the employees, it will be possible to recover the in-person service that is usually provided to users of the Samora Correia region, who during the closure period had to resort to alternatives or postpone their affairs with Social Security.
