The city of Nyergesujfalu, located in the north of Hungary, hosted an international gravediggers competition. The event distinguished the best professionals in the field, in a competition considered unusual.
Nineteen teams participated in the competition, each composed of two members. The participants demonstrated their skills in the art of digging graves.
This type of event, although unconventional, brings together professionals from different countries to compete in an activity that, although essential, is rarely the subject of public recognition.
