A 45-year-old man was injured and trapped on Monday morning following a collision between two goods vehicles. The accident occurred in São João do Campo, in the municipality of Coimbra.
The incident happened near the traffic lights at the intersection of National Road 111, at the access to São João do Campo, in the direction of Coimbra–Figueira da Foz. The two vehicles involved were goods vehicles.
The 45-year-old man was trapped as a result of the impact between the two vehicles. The authorities were alerted to the accident and the emergency services moved to the scene.
