A fire broke out this Thursday morning in the area of Casal do Rosário, Penegache, in the parish of Santo Isidoro, in the municipality of Mafra. The alert was received through emergency number 112 at 10:07, reporting a fire in forest vegetation.

The incident mobilized 53 operatives supported by 13 ground vehicles and one aerial unit, which were deployed to the scene to fight the flames.

The fire scenario occurs in a context of high rural fire danger, as the municipality of Mafra is classified at High Risk of Rural Fire Danger.
