FC Porto wins the International Tournament Cidade de Viana do Castelo

In the fourth edition of the International Tournament Cidade de Viana do Castelo, in senior men's basketball, the FC Porto team claimed the title by defeating Oviedo Baloncesto 78-68 in the final, which was held on September 5th and 6th at Pavilhão Municipal José Natário.

In the semi-finals, FC Porto eliminated Sporting CP with a 84-77 victory, while the Spanish team Oviedo Baloncesto defeated SL Benfica 93-85, securing their place in the final.

To determine the third and fourth places, SL Benfica faced Sporting CP, and the eagles prevailed with a 91-78 victory, thus securing third place in the competition.

The tournament featured four teams: FC Porto, Sporting CP, SL Benfica, and Oviedo Baloncesto, with the Portuguese team finishing in first place, followed by the Spanish side.
