Inês Ayer is a senior creative at Google DeepMind and was invited to participate in an episode of the podcast "O CEO é o Limite," which returns after a summer break. The professional is from the Azores and has built an international career at top global companies.

Despite having felt "less than" several times throughout her career, this did not stop her from leaving the Azores archipelago and forging a successful path abroad. Her international experience allowed her to compare professional practices between countries.

In an interview, Inês Ayer highlighted significant differences in how internships are handled. According to her, in Portugal an intern performs work considered minor, while in New York they are given the responsibility of a junior professional, allowing for more substantial career development from the start.
