However, the current real estate market increasingly requires more capital and savings from buyers, making access to full ownership more difficult for many citizens. This context of high financial requirements is driving the demand for alternative investment formulas in the construction sector.

Among the new formulas that are emerging, real estate tokenization stands out, an innovation that allows digitally dividing an investment into smaller shares. This technology enables investors to access the real estate market without the need to acquire a complete property, thus democratizing access to this type of investment.
