Most FC Porto players have never experienced playing in the Champions League. The Porto squad faces what can be described as a new reality, with many players having no previous contact with the most prestigious European competition.
According to the available information, only 10 players from the current squad have already stepped onto the Champions League stage. This number represents a significant minority when compared to the total size of the team.
Among these 10 players with competition experience, three are signings who arrived at the club this season. This means that even within the restricted group of players with Champions experience, a considerable portion is still adapting to FC Porto.
