A landlord and a group of accomplices beat and threatened two men, in a case that involved serious torture. One of the victims was violently attacked with a hammer to the face, suffering serious injuries.
The main victim was a friend of a tenant, having been subjected to extreme abuse. In one of the most shocking attacks, the landlord ripped off one of the victims' ear with his teeth, causing permanent disfigurement.
The court sentenced six of the defendants to prison for the crimes committed. The sentences reflected the severity of the attacks and the premeditated nature of the torture committed against the two victims.
