A robot has been stealing the show in the VIP area of Rock in Rio 2026. The machine circulates around the location walking and is filmed by those enjoying the festival, drawing reactions of surprise from the audience present. At times, it can be seen dancing and waving goodbye to people.

According to the security company responsible for the event, the idea is that the robot will be trained to work as a security guard. The equipment is in the VIP area during the seven days of the festival, which started last Friday (4), runs until Monday (7), and then returns to finish on the next weekend, on September 11, 12, and 13.

On Sunday (6), with heavy rain in Rio de Janeiro, the event features artists like Nelly and Black E, completing the lineup for the day marked by adverse weather conditions.
