Vila-real celebrated last Sunday a multitude of faithful in the traditional procession in honor of the Virgin of Grace, the patron saint of the city. The event demonstrated that devotion to the Virgin continues to pass from generation to generation, remaining deeply rooted in the community.
The procession began after the solemn mass celebrated at the archpriestal church of Sant Jaume. The image of the patron saint traveled through the streets of the city center in one of the most emotional and solemn images of the local festivities.
The procession also featured the image of Saint Pascual, reinforcing the religious and traditional character of the event. This scene was described as one of the most significant and deeply rooted moments in the festivals of Vila-real.
