The phenomenon was very intense but brief, lasting only about a handful of minutes, during which it caused widespread destruction in the affected area. According to reports, the short period of time was enough to devastate everything around it, as expressed by a witness who stated that "it was just a handful of minutes that swept everything away". The event occurred during the early morning, when residents were surprised by the phenomenon that hit the two localities.
