The municipality of Onda, in collaboration with the Castellón Chamber of Commerce, organized a training session aimed at local commerce. The event sought to bring independent workers and small businesses closer to the new digital and artificial intelligence tools available to improve their promotion, customer service and sales. During the session, platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and WhatsApp Business were presented as useful resources for merchants. This initiative arises in the context of the digitization of traditional commerce and the need to adapt to new market technologies.

STAS and APROSE agree on salary increases up to 8.46% in 2026

The Union of Insurance Activity Workers (STAS) and the National Association of Insurance Agents and Brokers (APROSE) reached an agreement for the revision of the Collective Labor Agreement in the insurance distribution sector for 2026, with increases in minimum remuneration between 2.62% and 8.46%, with retroactive effects from January 1st. The new salary table establishes minimums ranging between 955 euros (Band G, with the highest increase of 8.46%) and 2,550 euros (Band A), representing a direct monthly gain across all professional categories. The meal allowance rises to 10 euros per day and the full daily allowance for service travel in Portugal increases to 75.41 euros.
