Six families receive new homes in Porto Moniz

Six families received new homes in the municipality of Porto Moniz, in Madeira. The delivery of these houses represents another stage of the housing programme supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) in the region.

With this delivery, the total number of homes already assigned to Madeiran families with financial support from the PRR rises to 569.

The PRR has been used as a fundamental instrument to invest in housing in Madeira, enabling the construction and delivery of homes to families that needed housing support in the autonomous region.

Six Madeiran families received on Monday the keys to new homes in Porto Moniz, in a building comprising six units - two T1 and four T2 - built at controlled costs under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR). The handover ceremony took place at 4:00 PM and was attended by the president of the Regional Government, Miguel Albuquerque. The construction is located at the site of Vila and represented a significant investment in the region's housing programme.
