Six Madeiran families will receive, this Monday, the keys to new homes in Porto Moniz, built under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR). The handover is scheduled for 4:00 PM and will feature the presence of the president of the Regional Government, Miguel Albuquerque.
The new residential building is located at the site of Vila and comprises six units built at controlled costs. Of these, two are T1 typology and four are T2 typology.
The construction represented a significant investment under the PRR, a European post-pandemic recovery programme. This project is part of a broader housing strategy for the autonomous region of Madeira, aimed at families in situations of housing need.
