Typhoon Saudel caused a landslide in eastern China, resulting in three deaths. Nine other people remain missing after the incident. The landslide was caused by the heavy rains associated with the typhoon, which hit Jiangxi province. The disaster destroyed approximately a dozen homes in the region.
