VISEU: New synthetic pitch inaugurated at Campo Montenegro Machado dos Repesenses

The Campo Montenegro Machado, in Repeses, in the municipality of Viseu, now has a new synthetic pitch. The intervention was recently completed with the aim of improving conditions for sports practice in the region.

The inauguration of the new turf took place on Friday, September 4th. The event was marked by the Parish Council of Repeses, which promoted the official ceremony.

This work aims to support the growth of the Football Club "Os Repesenses", providing better sports facilities to the athletes and club members. The replacement of the old surface with synthetic turf allows for more frequent and lasting use of the pitch.

The local community thus benefited from an investment that aims to boost sports practice in Repeses, contributing to the development of associations and sport in the parish.
