The former president of Plus Ultra, Julio Martínez Sola, organized the trip "incognito" of Hugo Chávez's young daughter, Rosinés, on a plane of the airline bound for Caracas during the pandemic. The trip departed from Madrid and was concealed to avoid being identified.
The information comes from messages on the mobile phone of Rodolfo Reyes, who was the main shareholder of the airline Plus Ultra. These messages were delivered to UDEF on March 18, 2026 by the American agency Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
The case involved the use of the airline Plus Ultra for transports that raise suspicions of irregularities, with the former Venezuelan president's daughter traveling hidden during a period when travel was restricted due to the pandemic.
The collaboration between Spanish and American authorities allowed obtaining this evidence through the HSI agency, which provided the contents of Rodolfo Reyes's communications for investigation.
